Three things that speed it up
Include your order number if you have one — it is in the subject line of your confirmation email and starts with SS.
If something arrived damaged, photograph it inside the box before unpacking it further. That single photo replaces about four emails.
For delivery questions, give the tracking 48 hours past the estimate first. Most parcels that look stuck are simply between scans.
